ENSIGN Andrew Ogma, USN

Ensign Andrew Ogma grew up in Porterville and after graduating from Monache High School, spent two years at Porterville College earning credits towards his general education. He graduated from Fresno State with a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in the fall of 2012. While enrolled at Fresno State, he participated in the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate Program (NUPOC).
He then attended the rigorous 12 weeks of training and induction into the military as an officer at Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, Rhode Island and was commissioned in June of 2013.
Ensign Ogma is currently on temporary assigned duty to the Navy Recruiting District San Francisco, after which he will attend a year of Nuclear Power School in Charleston, South Carolina and be assigned to his first submarine.
SERGEANT R.J. Blundell, USMC (now Ret.)

Sgt. Blundell enlisted into the U.S. Air Force in July 1996 as an aircraft mechanic on the U2, SR71 and Predator. He deployed to Saudia Arabia in 1998 and participated in the levee flooding rescue effort in Northern California in 1999. In 2000 he deployed to Puerto- Rico, was honorably discharged from the USAF in July 2000 and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in October 2000, attending R.T. at MCRD San Diego. Being assigned to 2-2 Echo Company, deploying with the 24th MEUSOC in 2002 and returning in 2003, participated in the initial invasion into IRAQ. Upon return, he was promoted to Sergeant and immediately re-deployed with 3-2 Weapons Co. back to the Horn of Africa in 2004. In 2007 he became a Scout Sniper and deployed to Fallujah, IRAQ and again in 2009 to Helmand Province, AFGANISTAN. Upon return, he was selected to create a Battalion Training Cadre to brief Battalion, Company and Platoon Commanders on evaluations for training operations. In 2007 Sgt. Blundell received orders for recruiting duty to RS Sacramento and is currently assigned to RS Clovis as a recruiter. He earned the "Rookie Recruiter of The Year" award for 2012.
ENSIGN Nathan Swan, USN

Ensign Nathan Swan grew up in the Central Valley and graduated from Madera's Liberty High School in 2008.
He then attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Newport, Rhode Island for a year long program designed to prepare students academically for the Naval Academy. In May of 2013, he graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelors of Science degree in Quantitative Economics and was commissioned as an Ensign.

AM2 (AW) William Alexander, USN

Aviation Structural Mechanic Petty Officer Second Class (Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist) William Alexander graduated from East Union High School in Manteca CA. at the age of 17 and a half. He enlisted in the United States Navy in DEC 2011, not long after graduating high school.
AM2 (AW) Alexander came aboard as an active duty volunteer adult leader with the Kings County Squadron of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps. in DEC 2012.
He is currently stationed with VFA-122 based out of NAS Lemoore. He will be transferring duty stations in SEPT 2014 to VAQ-138
AM2 (AW) Alexander is a prior Sea Cadet.
HM3 Fallon Major, USN

Hospital Corpsman Third Class Petty Officer Fallon Major is originally from Douglas GA. She has been enlisted in the United States Navy for 5 years.
HM3 Fallon Major has previously been stationed at Naval Hospital Okinawa, JAPAN from 2009-2011. She is currently stationed at Naval Hospital Lemoore, NAS Lemoore, from 2011 to present day.

HN James Major, USN

Hospitalman James Major is originally from North Pole AK., southeast of Fairbanks. He enlisted in the United States Navy in NOV 2008 and is a field medical technician.
He has previously been stationed in Okinawa, JAPAN from AUG 2009 to OCT 2011. He is currently stationed at NAS Lemoore and has been since NOV 2011.
HN James Major came aboard as an active duty volunteer adult leader with the Kings County Squadron of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps in DEC 2012.
HN Major was the NSCC Recruit Division Commander for RTC Camp San Luis, at the Summer 2012 Advanced Training session in San Luis Obispo.
